Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Please inform 1 bdr apt Musician neighborhood in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

精品品牌寶格麗於(29)日在義大利威尼斯舉辦FESTA慶典頂級珠寶系列發表會，晚宴由全球總裁Jean-Christophe Babin擔任主人翁，珠寶盛展於威尼斯的豪華宮殿Scuola Grandedella Misericordia舉辦，包括了台灣女星舒淇、超模Lily Aldridge、 Bella Hadid、、日本女星後藤久美子等人都參加這次的珠寶活動。

女星舒淇不改性感本色，這次出席珠寶趴穿上一身黑色透膚蕾絲禮服，勾勒舒淇的窈窕身材曲線，胸前心形絲絨拼接剪裁更藏有玄機，凸顯性感氛圍，但這身禮服設計稍嫌成熟，竟被毒舌網友戲稱「性感親家母」，十分有趣。而舒淇身上也配戴了Festa系列斯里蘭卡藍寶鑽石項鍊，共有9顆枕形切割斯里蘭卡藍寶石，總重約109.25克拉，馬眼型鑽石和圓形明亮式切割鑽石、總重約14.75克拉的梯形和密鑲鑽石，可以說是變身「性感奢華親家母」。

而且這次舒淇跑趴也兼吃好料，品牌邀請米其林星級主廚 Luca Fantin，為該晚的嘉賓帶來以最新珠寶系列為發想的精緻饗宴，還有安排舞蹈及特技表演，更邀請義大利國寶級配樂大師，奧斯卡金像獎得主，《新天堂樂園》配樂作曲家Ennio Morricone 與《教父II》配樂作曲家Nino Rota為貴賓獻唱，相當奢華。

針對台北市政府提出基隆輕軌地下化並延伸至南港車站，交通部鐵路改建工程局今（24）日表示，當初車站設置南港展覽館站是考量分流，並方便旅客轉乘，針對北市府提議輕軌地下化及延伸南港車站，初步評估有可行性，但整體經費恐會增加約50億，因此，預計8月邀集北市府及各單位開會討論，最快年底前路線方案會定案。
鐵工局指出，基隆輕軌建設是以服務基隆河谷走廊運輸需求為主要，目標族群為短程的通勤族，方便欲前往內湖或南港方向旅客轉乘捷運；若旅客需要至南港車站轉乘高鐵、國道客運，可利用既有台鐵沿線車站上車，用複合式軌道經營的模式提升整體運量，對北市東區門戶計畫推動有幫助。
據了解，北市府提出的基隆輕軌地下化並延伸南港車站方案，光是新增車站總經費至少50億元，遠超過基隆輕軌總經會81億元的一半以上，而且路線與台鐵重疊，整體效益令人質疑。
鐵工局長胡湘麟表示，輕軌南港展覽館站原先規畫平面戰帖，採平式跨越大坑溪並順接於既有鐵路上方引道，旅客可直接經由南汐公園進出捷運車站，並不會對周邊交通產生影響，但先前與北市府溝通，北市府提出地下化延伸至南港車站，初步評估有可行空間，但相關工程經費、效益還需要進一步評估，尊重北市府的建議。
另外，針對北市府質疑4次相關會議只收到一次紀錄，胡湘麟說，其中幾次會議屬於研討會性質，主要是蒐集各方意見，至於最近一次部長召開的會議，因資料繁瑣正在整理中，整理後會盡速提供給北市府。
